1) (Kicking/Hand Combinations):
Kicking Techniques (Left and Right):
-L. Shuffle Front-Kick, R. Hooking Kick
-Consecutive Turning-Kick (Low, Middle, High Sections, w.o. dropping leg)
-Reverse Turning-Kick
Hand Techniques (Left and Right):
-R. Reverse Back-Fist (high section, low section)
-R. Double (Jumping) Forefist Punch (low section, high section)
-R. Flying (Jumping) Elbow Strike
2) Patterns:
Won-Hyo Tul (28 moves) and Dosan Tul (24 moves) (Adults and Children -10 years and older).
3) Honsinsul (Hapkido): (six techniques for adults, 12 years and older).
1. Defence against straight r. punch to head (deflect, elbow smash to head)
2. Escape from r. handshake (turning circle break, knee on bicep/arm lock)
3. Defence against r. wrist grab (advanced)
4. Escape from left bicep grab (front)
5. Escape from Hair-Grab (rear)
6. Lunge/Stab Knife Defence (dis-arm, wrist-lock, takedown).

(Sets one through 8) (Adults)
5) Free-Sparring:
(1) 1.5 minute round - (able to demonstrate intermediate combinations (spinning hands and/or feet techniques),
defence, good sportsmanship and self-control with a sparring partner).

1. What does BLUE signify in Taekwon-Do ? (signifies the heaven, from which a young plant towers into the sky, as the training in Taekwon-Do progresses).
2. What is the Korean name for Instructor ? (Sa bu nim).
3. What does the pattern WON-HYO-Tul mean, how many moves ? (named after the monk who introduced Buddhism to the Silla Dynasty in the year 686 A.D).
4. What does DOSAN-Tul mean, how many moves ? (named after the Korean patriot, ANG CHANG HO).
5. What is the Korean word for breakfalling in Hapkido ? (NAK-BUP).
7. Destruction: (Breaking)(compulsory for students, age 12 and over)
1 - R. Side-Piercing Kick (break (1) - 1" plank) (½ inch plank for women and children).
